Links Championship entries now open

Elie Links Championship

Entries are invited for the 2019 Elie and Earlsferry Links Championships to be played over the Elie Links on Saturday 17 August.

To give the country’s top amateurs an opportunity to play in this prestigious amateur scratch golf event (first played in 1955) we have moved the date, in agreement with Scottish Golf, to avoid any conflict with alternative open competitions.

With an attractive first prize of £150 for the Gold Medal winner, the Links Championship has been won in the past by Walker Cup players, Scottish Internationalists, County players and the best golfers in the country. At that time of year the course plays true to its classic links nature and is always in excellent condition – a good, competitive day is guaranteed to all.

In addition to the main, scratch competition there is also a handicap alternative for the Silver Medal for golfers with a handicap limit of 12.

Entries will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis. For further details and entry forms please contact:
