Great Links Courses in and around Fife

Fife is synonymous with golf and the famous Old Course at St Andrews is the first name that springs to most people’s minds. However there are many other wonderful links courses in Fife to enjoy. These include the New Course and the Jubilee Course, which lie adjacent to the Old Course and although less well known they are both easily its equal in the golfing challenge they provide.

There is then Kingsbarns Golf Links, only seven miles southeast of St Andrews, which has established itself as one of the finest courses in the world since it was opened in 2000. After that; well the list goes on and on…

New Course

Designed in 1885, the course is hardly ‘new’ and its name simply separates it from its more famous brother, the Old Course. This is a classic links track and it will keep players enthralled from their first drive to their last putt. St. Andrews is only 12 miles from Elie and takes just under 20 minutes to reach by car.
